  19. Savings & Loan, greed could be good for over 500 years in jail
  20. and $250 million in penalties. Keating was found guilty of
  21. racketeering and fraud by a federal jury. Meanwhile, imprisoned
  22. junk-bond king Michael Milken was released to a halfway house.
